Well, what can I say! If you need a chocolate hit, then this is
soooo satisfying. It's also super easy to make.

Ingredients:-

2 x avocado (scoop flesh out)
-
3 level tbsp cacao powder
-
2 tbsp agave (or other sweetener)
-
a few cacao nibs

Method:
Place all the ingredients (except the cacao nibs) into your blender, blend until
smooth, scatter with cacao nibs, eat!
There's more than enough for 2 portions here if you can bring yourself to share it.
TIP:
Cacao powder is different to your regular cocoa powder in that it's raw (hasnt been heated to high temperatures) and therefore still contains its health giving properties. It's available online and in many health food stores.
Agave is a natural liquid sweetener with a low glycemic index. It works well in this recipe. It's not raw but many raw foodists use it. It's becoming widely available even in your local supermarket, especially the larger ones.
